Rev. Kevin Thomas
Senior Pastor
Kevin, more commonly known as RevKev, began serving at Full Devotion as Associate & Youth Pastor in November 2000. In April 2012, the congregation called him to serve as Senior Pastor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from Judson College and a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary.
In addition to leading the congregation at Full Devotion, Kevin serves part-time as a Regional Minister for ABC-Ohio, where he partners with churches and pastors throughout the region. Kevin and his wife, Michi, are the proud parents of three grown children: Kaleb, Kensington, and Kyle. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, disc golf, pickleball, gardening, and enthusiastically cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. His greatest passion, however, is helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and encouraging them toward full devotion to Him.
Benjamin Payne
Associate Pastor / Worship Music Director
Benjamin Payne serves as our Associate Pastor and Worship Music Director with a passion for leading people into meaningful worship experiences and spiritual growth. With 23 years of experience in pastoral and music ministry, he has faithfully served congregations through preaching, discipleship, worship leadership, and music ministry development. In addition to his ministry experience, Benjamin has 38 years of professional experience as a performing artist, studio musician, producer, and recording engineer. His extensive background in live performance, songwriting, recording, and production has equipped him to connect with diverse communities of people both inside and outside the church walls. Combining a pastor’s heart with a lifelong dedication to music, Benjamin is committed to using his gifts to inspire, encourage, and help others encounter Christ through worship, music, and understanding God’s word.
Davina Herman
Youth Director
Davina is married to Jason and they have two children Mathais and Serenity. Davina has been a member of our church for nearly 20 years and recently stepped into the roll of our youth director because she loves students and wants to mentor them in their relationship with Christ.
Tuana Adamsky
Office Manager
Tuana joined the Full Devotion staff as Office Manager in 2013 after faithfully serving nearly 15 years at her previous church. She and her husband, John, are blessed with a wonderful, blended family that includes four children and eight grandchildren. When she’s not at the church office, Tuana enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes every football season.
